General Wellness

A lot of people come in knowing something is off but not quite having a name for it. Fatigue, hormonal shifts, mood changes, insomnia, PMS, perimenopause, changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, or a body that just doesn't feel like itself anymore. Dr. Curto's approach is to listen to the messages your body is sending and help you feel at ease and connected to yourself.

Plans typically start with analysis of your medical history, current symptoms, labs or testing when appropriate as well as support for foundational lifestyle habits and nervous system regulation.  She is well suited to guide people who want a thoughtful approach to everyday health concerns and guidance on staying well long term.

Chronic Conditions

Conditions like POTS, dysautonomia, MCAS, hypermobility, and post-viral illness rarely fit neatly into one specialty. They often involve multiple systems including the nervous, immune, endocrine, and digestive systems. Care here focuses on understanding what triggered or tripped the pattern in the first place, not just managing what's present now.

Many patients navigating these conditions are also managing multiple providers, conflicting information, and a lot of uncertainty about where to start. Treatment and diagnosis is paced to what feels approachable, whether that means moving carefully through one change at a time or building a more comprehensive plan. Additionally, care includes coordination across your broader care team so that everyone is working from the same page.

Digestive Health

Treatment approaches draw from a deep foundation in GI medicine, rooted in a residency at Kwan Yin Healing Arts and expanded through years of continued clinical focus. Many patients arrive having tried every recommended diet and numerous protocols and are still not feeling well; often the root cause has been missed. Digestive conditions rarely live in one system alone and can show up as fatigue, brain fog, skin changes, or immune reactivity. Care here is focused on understanding why symptoms developed, addressing the root cause, and working toward prevention so that feeling better actually holds.

Conditions include: IBS, SIBO, SIFO, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, microscopic colitis, heartburn, and other digestive concerns.
